MOSCOW. Oct 2 (Interfax) - Transnefteproduct President Sergei Maslov has resigned as head of the company so that he can fully focus on his job as head of the St. Petersburg International Commodities Exchange, Transnefteproduct press secretary Timur Khakimov told Interfax.
